Local artist dedicates poem to grandfather

Ryan Messenger, 25, is a local poet who wrote a poem for his grandfather. Ryan loves playing the guitar, writing, and listening to music. Messenger said: “I am a very creative and artistic person with a big heart.”

Mannford hosts OKC Legion for Homecoming Friday

Friday’s Homecoming game: The Pirates will take on OKC Legion for Homecoming. The Legionaires are not a part of the OSSAA and are 1-3 on the season after a 68-32 loss to Davis last week. OKC Legion beat Dickson (Ardmore) 26-18 in week three.
