James Earl Darton, a man wanted for questioning in the shooting death of Sand Springs woman Kimberly Ragland, has been arrested, jail records show.
Tulsa Police officers arrested Darton, of 4258 Sunglo Parkway in Sand Springs, Thursday afternoon.
He was booked into the David L. Moss county jail on a felony complaint of First Degree Murder, records show.
Tulsa Police officers found Ragland, 29, shot to death in the passenger seat of her car at a Tulsa park shortly after midnight May 9.
Shortly after that, Tulsa Police named Darton as a "person of interest" in the killing, said Officer Leland Ashley, with the Tulsa Police Department.
Ragland left behind three children.
